Founder of Get Cat Crazy
Born in Fairfield Australia life was not easy in fact in my book Influence in Australia I describe the harshness of my brother and I losing our mother which turned our world upside down and down a miserable path.
I travelled through the help of my close friends after getting divorced and losing much of what I had worked for, therefore understanding abandonment and putting myself in the place of animals having a hard time I can relate too.
I worked in many marketing positions although through my passion for cats I believe we can change the world giving joy to pet owners, my goal is to reduce suffering and open opportunities, this is the reason I write a lot about the research I do and from some feedback I know this has helped others.
I do meddle in art and have been known to do a painting for colleagues and friends and have also done a lot of needle work and proud of my tapestries and the odd poem that I have written.
I am a Sagittarian therefore I am adventurous, artistic and like my bikes and rambling put me outdoors and I am happy, when I am learning and make a difference this is when I am the happiest.
I do not like waste and will mend and make new when I can, there is always someone who will value that perfect unwanted work of art.
Sally Gilson's Goal
If only the world could be a better place, I have seen many videos lately on outrageous actions by people being cruel to cats and dogs, dumping them like rubbish to die leaving them to be eaten virtually alive.
Can you imagine the pain and loneliness? It breaks me apart, I notice the difference in my cats they are so attached and know they are loved, when it time for one to die naturally they know they have been loved and leave this world knowing I cared.
Through http://www.getcatcrazy.uk, I am looking to improve lives and save animals from cruelty and now the site has all the links to what is needed in the United Kingdom there is no reason for any animal or person to suffer.
The world needs love not isolation. When I was married, I felt lonely, I was not accepted and was living with the enemy these pets do not need an enemy and I urge any one to report them and do what is right and make a difference.
